Savory Pasticceria, then known as Savory Homemade Crepes, was established as a home-based cake business focusing on Mille Crepes cakes in July 2017. Mille crêpes means ‘thousand crêpes’ in French and implies many layers of crêpe. Layer by layer time goes by and fast forwarding to 2017, Savory expanded the workforce and the product offering, refined the business model from an online retailer to a structured organisation with both retail and wholesale channels and, at last, secured strategic collaborations with successful point of sales in Sydney, Australia.
